Guy's years of practice have given him the opportunity to develop expertise in, and enthusiastically enjoy, complex acquisition and sale agreements, commercial and residential financing transactions, construction contracting challenges, commercial leasing transactions, and loan workouts. A significant portion of Guy's practice is representing Native American tribes, tribal governments, and economic development entities created by tribes in real estate and commercial transactions.
