Regularly appears as counsel before panels, arbitrators and the Appellate Body in WTO dispute settlement proceedings, NAFTA panels, investor-state arbitration tribunals and Canadian domestic trade authorities and tribunals. Advisor in international trade negotiations including the NAFTA, Uruguay and Doha Rounds of WTO negotiations and various bilateral negotiations.
