HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP): Negotiation of Electric Charging Stations in Orlando, FL — H3GM advised HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP), a healthcare REIT, in its agreements with Orlando's utility company to install electronic charging stations at various HCP properties in the Orlando area.

HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP): Lease Termination — H3GM represented HCP, Inc (NYSE:HCP), a healthcare REIT, in the lease termination and settlement agreement for a physician group tenant who had defaulted on a lease.
HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP): Air Rights Negotiation — H3GM represented HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP), a healthcare REIT, in its negotiation of an air rights agreement for a medical office building in Seattle, Washington, where HCP owned a ground lease of the property and a majority of the medical office condominiums constructed within the air rights.
American Pathology Partners, Inc.: Acquisition of Anatomic Pathology Laboratories — H3GM represented American Pathology Partners, Inc. (APP), a national, private diagnostic testing services provider, in the acquisition of two anatomic pathology laboratories: Eastern Carolina Pathology, based in Wilson, North Carolina, and UniPath, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado.
