Fred Pritzker is an acclaimed trial lawyer with over 37 years of experience representing individuals and families in significant personal injury and wrongful death claims throughout the United States.

He is founder and president of the national food safety law firm,Pritzker Olsen, P.A. His firm represents survivors of foodborne illness in cases involving pathogenic microorganisms and natural toxins. They have ample experience with virtually every kind of food borne illness including E. coli and Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome, Salmonella and Listeria The firm is involved in virtually every national foodborne illness outbreak and has won millions of dollars for victims of food borne illness.

In addition, Fred and his firm represent people harmed by defective products, medical devices, and drugs, as well as Legionnaires' disease survivors. The firm also represents people who suffered catastrophic losses resulting from truck and motor vehicle collisions.

Fred has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Super Lawyers magazine for the following years: 2003-2016.
