François Rayroux is the co-head of the Banking and Finance group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He advises a number of Swiss and international financial institutions in all banking and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on funds management and distribution as well as all types of financial products, in particular derivative instruments. He teaches investment funds law at professional organizations and is also a frequent speaker at professional conferences on banking and financial law issues.
François Rayroux graduated from the University of Zurich in 1986. In 1990 he obtained an LLM from the University of Chicago Law School and completed his doctoral thesis at the Zurich University in 1993. François Rayroux joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1992 and has been a Partner since 1998.
