Evgeny Roshkov's overall experience in government relations and public affairs includes more than 15 years. He holds the position of firm's Executive Partner and joined Kesarev as a Partner in 2004. His primary responsibilities include providing expertise to clients in the fields of government relations; various public policy and industry issues. Evgeny also co-leads Kesarev branch offices in Astana (Kazakhstan), Kyiv (Ukraine) and international practice.
Mr. Roshkov has wide project experience in public affairs and government relations consulting in Russia, Ukraine and CIS region. He worked for the corporations of such sectors as food/agriculture, finance, energy, mining, infrastructure, FMCG and healthcare.
He is member of International Bar Association (IBA), International Compliance Association (ICA), Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP), Issues Management Council, American Association of Government Relations Professionals (AGRP) and first European to complete AGPR annual Lobbying Certification Program.
Evgeny holds degrees in law, history and political science from The State University of Management (Moscow) and Vologda State Pedagogical University. Additionally, he studied at The Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and Pericles Law School (Moscow). He also lectures on the Government Relations at Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
Evgeny Roshkov was employed in various positions in government and political advising fields, including as a Senior Political Planning Adviser for the political party "Edinaya Rossiya", Special Adviser with "Nasha Ukraina | Narodna Samooborona" and as Councilor for a number of political figures in Russia, Ukraine and USA (1999-2013).
