Ms. Dunning effectively represents employers in mediating and litigating a wide variety of employment and discrimination cases. She regularly advises employers about employment policies and practices. She also assists employers and others in developing privacy policies, and providing notification of breaches of the security of personal information under various state laws.
Ms. Dunning serves as an arbitrator and mediator both privately and through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. In addition, she speaks and writes frequently on employment and privacy issues.
