In 2002, Elena Legashova graduated from the St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Law; in 2008, she undertook a further study at the International Law Institute in Washington, USA.
Elena has an experience of working in governmental bodies - for 5 years she worked at the Legal Department of the Pulkovskaya Customs.
Elena is a member of St. Petersburg Bar Association since 2007 and used to work in a big Russian law firm.
Elena serves as a lecturer on tax law at the Faculty of Law of the St. Petersburg State University.
