Practice Emphasis

Mr. Harrison has a comprehensive family law practice involving all aspects of family law including divorces, adoptions, modification actions relating to children (support, custody, and possession), as well as the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of pre- and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements, and other issues related to community and separate property.  The primary emphasis of his practice, however, is the handling of complex divorce cases, including tax, real estate, corporate, immigration, intangible property rights, and employee benefit issues. Mr. Harrison is trained in collaborative law and is a member of The Collaborative Alliance, which is a group of professionals committed to promoting the use of the collaborative practice model in family law cases.
