Ms. Stokke’s practice emphasizes representation of real estate developers, owners, investors and lenders in the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial real estate, including mixed-use developments, shopping centers, hotels, health care facilities, office buildings, industrial and agricultural facilities, and multifamily housing. She has represented a number of energy and utility clients on real estate and financing issues associated with wind and solar generation facilities, transmission lines, power plants, and other infrastructure facilities. She has represented a number of local and national lenders in the development of loan programs, establishment of lending policies, and structuring multi-state acquisitions and financings.
Ms. Stokke has also represented a number of municipalities, universities and other public entities on a wide variety of real estate and financing issues, including sale/leaseback transactions, property acquisitions, leases, transit-oriented development, construction and public procurement issues, property exchanges, and complex easements for a variety of public projects. She has extensive experience in the structuring and financing of public/private development projects providing for the renovation and redevelopment of property for retail, entertainment, office and residential uses. Ms. Stokke has represented a number of U.S. and foreign banks issuing letters of credit and providing construction and other financing to support a wide variety of public projects and private office, health care, residential and industrial facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Ms. Stokke is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), a distinction she earned through the Green Building Certification Institute. As a LEED-AP, she has demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, as well as the LEED Rating System.
