AIG v. Q Capital Corp — In this fraud case, my client AIG received an award of over $20 million, nearly every penny it was seeking, plus costs and attorneys'' fees.
In Re Beverly Hills Supper Club Fire — In this trial of claims arising from a nightclub fire in which 165 people were killed, my client received a directed verdict.
Great Northern Nekoosa v. Georgia-Pacific — In this nine-week preliminary injunction trial, the court denied the requested injunction allowing my client Georgia-Pacific to acquire Great Northern Nekoosa.
Frontier Insurance Company v. Ernst & Young — In this trial of a $240 million actuarial malpractice case, my client received a unanimous jury verdict in December 2009.
