David Neill was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1974. He graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.A. in 1969 and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972. He is a member of The Advocates’ Society, The Canadian Bar Association and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto. He is a past Director of The Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA).
