I am a senior partner and the National Leader of the Commercial Real Estate Group of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. My practice focuses primarily on real estate law, with an emphasis on the purchase, sale, development, leasing and financing of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use projects, as well as real estate joint ventures and co-ownerships. I act for a wide range of clients including pension funds, financial institutions, government corporations and private investors and corporations. Among the significant clients that I represent are Grosvenor Americas and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada. I have practiced law since my call to the British Columbia bar in 1977 and I am widely recognized for my expertise in all aspects of real estate law.
