Client Comments

"David Knoll has a tremendous grasp of insurance law and a great deal of common sense. The combination of the two makes for a very good attorney. While explaining the letter of the law, he is able to do so with a common-sense approach that is refreshing and productive. I greatly appreciate his initiative in sensing my lack of knowledge of the letter of the law to help our firm overcome some very difficult obstacles to our continued success. There is always more than one way to approach problems or, even better, avoid them - and David knows most of them."

"I have worked with lawyers at a number of large law firms over the years, and David Knoll is by far the most outstanding. David is a seasoned and experienced specialist in the insurance and regulatory field. He proved to be a valuable attorney and counselor for our company in our recent life insurance company acquisition and private placement offering. David, being a very respected and influential leader in his field, has proven to be more than just an attorney; he has also been instrumental in introducing and assisting us in the development of a number of important and profitable business relationships. I highly recommend David and would welcome the opportunity to speak privately with those making serious inquiries. "

"Mr. Knoll is very experienced in insurance matters, particularly those involving corporate issues like agency start ups, mergers, acquisitions, and non-compete contracts - and externally, working with regulators and insurer coverage disputes. He is very responsive and easy to work with. He can delegate, but he stays on top of issues. His interest and participation in musical groups is another reason I admire him. "
