Brian has 30 plus years of experience representing business and government clients in complex disputes. His experience includes a broad spectrum of businesses, their officers, directors and shareholders. He also regularly represents professional service providers, post-secondary schools and municipal utilities. Brian has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex class action matters. Brian received his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University School of Law in 1978, and his undergraduate degree from DePauw University in 1973. Brian is a Distinguished Fellow in the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and is listed in Chambers USA as a leading lawyer for business in Indiana.
