Brian Tod is a Business Lawyer, and Counsel in the Edmonton office of Miller Thomson. He has extensive experience as counsel involved in corporate, commercial and real estate matters. Brian’s legal interests include mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, contracts, contract negotiation and commercial real estate.
