Brian represents lenders, trade creditors, franchisors, landlords, creditors' committees, examiners and bankruptcy trustees and preference and fraudulent transfer defendants in large or complex bankruptcy matters. In addition, Mr. Meldrum represents corporate clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts around the country.
