Beverly Godbey is a highly regarded trial lawyer, who represents entities in a variety of industries throughout the U.S. She handles commercial litigation, personal injury, products liability, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, insurance recovery, ERISA and non-subscriber cases for both carriers and corporate clients. Beverly has tried nearly 50 cases, many involving complex insurance litigation matters, such as defense of insureds, prosecution and defense of bad faith claims, and prosecution and defense of declaratory judgments.
