Ayman is the head of Corrs Competition and Regulatory Group.
He was formerly a senior officer of the ACCC, Legal Compliance Manager at Rail Access Corporation where he advised on competition, and in particular, rail access issues and was for 10 years a competition law partner at another major Australian firm.
Ayman advises on all aspects of competition law, particularly:
+ the implications of mergers, joint ventures and arrangements between competitors:
+ arrangements with suppliers and customers; and
+ responding to investigations by the regulator (ACCC) alleging cartel conduct (price fixing/market sharing/bid rigging) including litigation commenced by the ACCC, as well as immunity and leniency applications as well as allegations of breaches of the Australian Consumer Law.

Ayman is an Australian NGA representative at the International Competition Network and is also a member of the American Bar Association Member, International Bar Association and Law Council of Australia's Competition and Consumer LawCommittee.
