Audrey E. J. Ng concentrates her practice in the area of construction and development law, title insurance claims, related real property issues, public utilities and infrastructure projects. Her work has included:
- Mechanic's Liens and Construction Project Workouts: Represents owners, developers, general contractors, construction lenders and other parties in mechanic's liens, Miller Act, and other payment disputes and workouts on construction projects, including resorts, shopping centers, and residential subdivisions.
- Development and Construction: Represents owners, developers, construction lenders and contractors in transactions involving purchase and sale, construction, construction management, design services, design-build and other development services for projects including resorts, office and industrial properties, residential subdivisions, shopping centers, schools and infrastructure projects. Represents developer and construction manager in public-private partnership to build and renovate Navy and Marine housing in Hawaii.
- Title Insurance Claims: Represents title insurance companies and insureds in litigation and coverage matters, including title, access, shoreline, easement, escrow and lien priority issues.
- Infrastructure and Utilities: Represented inter island water carrier in facilities, operations, and regulatory matters. Represented wireless carrier in facilities siting, construction, land use and permitting, community relations, regulatory matters, and acquisition.
Audrey serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Lanakila Rehabilitation Center, Inc. and has served as a member of the Contractors Licensing Board for the State of Hawaii and as a member and chair of the board of directors of the Hawaii Strategic Development Corporation. Audrey has been a speaker to client and industry groups regarding construction issues.
