Routinely serves as first chair counsel documenting, managing, negotiating, and litigating a wide variety of small to multi-million dollar construction claims and disputes, including changed and differing condition claims, breach of contract claims, defective design and defective work claims, schedule delay and acceleration claims, competitive bidding disputes, mechanic's lien claims, surety bond claims, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, default and termination claims, and public contract law matters.
