Andrew B. Greenfield is the managing partner of the firm’s Washington, DC, office and a member of Fragomen's Executive Committee. Andrew advises U.S. and global organizations across industries on all matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law, regulation, policy and compliance. He counsels clients on visa/work permit matters and on the immigration consequences of M&A and other corporate reorganizations; I-9/E-Verify, H-1B/LCA and PERM compliance, including audit representation; and overall global immigration program management. He also advises international treaty organizations, their officers and employees, regarding the application and limitations of diplomatic privileges and immunities, related State Department law and policy, and U.S. work authorization and residency planning for G-4 visa holders and dependent family members. Andrew’s achievements in the immigration field have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, theLegal TimesChambers USASuperLawyers, and the Legal 500.

In January 2014, Andrew was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to the Board of Directors of Brand USA, the public-private partnership established by Congress in 2010 to promote international travel and tourism to the United States. He currently serves as the Board’s Secretary, immigration law and policy advisor, and member of the Board’s finance committee.

Andrew serves as pro bono counsel to Immigration Equality, where he represents same-sex, bi-national couples before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in connection with applications for U.S. residency.
