Adam Kutinsky is a Member of Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC. He is a trial attorney with a wealth of experience in complex commercial litigation before judges, juries and arbitrators. His practice focuses on matters concerning contract disputes, real estate, insurance coverage and liability defense. Mr. Kutinsky is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, which is a designation reserved for only 1% of all practicing attorneys in each jurisdiction.
Mr. Kutinsky is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®), which is a professional designation in property-casualty insurance and risk management.
