I have represented a great number of entities and individuals, primarily but not exclusively in investment-related matters.  The most recent example is the just concluded litigation involving stock-options backdating by Brocade Communications, in which I led my firm's representation of six individuals including two of the co-founders and the "whistle-blower" (who also received backdated options).  None of the individuals paid any money or was sanctioned in any way.
