Mr. Huff is the founder and a co-managing shareholder of Huff, Poole & Mahoney, P.C. He has extensive experience in mass toxic torts, medical issues, aviation disasters, and product failures. Mr. Huff was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1976 and the North Carolina Bar in 1998. He is also admitted to practice in United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and North Carolina, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Huff has been repeatedly elected by his peers to be included in Virginia Business magazine's Legal Elite in the category of Transport, Admiralty and Intermodal Law, and in the category of Civil Litigation and Richmond magazine’s Virginia Super Lawyers list in the category of Class Action/Mass Torts.
