When it comes to US immigration, the voluminous number of regulations, interpretations of laws, and the authorized power of the U.S. immigration authorities (judges, officers, etc.) make the whole process extremely complex. I have known Mr. E. Vance Winningham since 1995. He is a very smart, competent, and wise legal counsel who guided us through the complex U.S. immigration process toward a successful end. Regarding U.S. immigration, he is known for his wealth of knowledge and expertise. I strongly recommend him.

Before meeting Mr. Winningham, I had hired another immigration lawyer who had been working on my case for over two years. The procedure this lawyer began was full of defects, and I ended with a deportation notice. My situation was very critical. One of my former students recommended Mr. Vance Winningham. I talked to him, and in less than one year my deportation notice was canceled, and few months after I was receiving my green card in my mailbox! I have known Vance Winningham, one of the best and outstanding immigration lawyers in the United States, since the year 2003. I had contacted his office for the first time regarding my green card application as a helpless destitute victim of a domestic violence and spousal abuse. Since the start of my case till now, it has always been my experience and observation that he is an extremely courteous, methodical, and highly knowledgeable lawyer. He is an immigration attorney whom I would like highlight for a very unique factor (that I have observed) that is "client sensitivity" and which is of the highest orders; something atypical in this day and age. I would like to re-emphasize that factor one more time as his hallmark iconic quality symbolic of a remarkable trait. It is also my observation and own experience going through the processing of my case -- which was arguably one of the most difficult cases he had only dealt, only with utmost care and "great responsibility" through and through out -- at any point of time.
