In 1969 three young attorneys, Gordon W. Waterfall, Peter Economidis and Hugh M. Caldwell, Jr. opened a law office on the east side of Tucson, Arizona. Their common goal was to provide responsive, high-quality legal service at a reasonable cost to their clients.
Today, Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana, P.C., a professional corporation, continues the client service goal established in 1969. As Tucson grew and matured into one of the leading sunbelt cities, the firm steadily increased its staff which now numbers over 40, and expanded its service to include a full range of legal expertise in real estate, banking, complex financial transactions, taxation, estate planning and probate, family relations, incorporations, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, and criminal, civil and personal injury litigation.
State-of-the-art computer technology, on-site research facilities, and an energetic group of legal assistants and support staff enable the firm to provide clients with responsive answers to complex questions. The centrally located offices in one of the city's newest and most rapidly growing business centers, make our lawyers immediately accessible to our clients.
Over the years, Waterfall, Economidis has focused on providing personal and innovative legal service to clients of all types, whether they are individuals, expanding and developing enterprises, corporate entities, national concerns or international businesses.
