Since that date, the firm has served the people of Washington County and surrounding areas with quality legal counseling and services in nearly all areas of civil and criminal practice. Our offices in downtown Brenham reflect our interest in the history and traditions of the area's past and our commitment to providing our clients with legal services attuned to the complexities of today's world.

The relationship between you and our lawyers will be one of complete trust and confidence. Your work will be performed in complete confidentiality. It is our policy to keep you informed of the progress of your case on a regular basis. To keep you informed of the progress of work done on your behalf we use the telephone, memoranda, and, where appropriate, we will send you copies of documents created on your behalf. Of course, if questions arise, you are invited to call us for more information.

To better serve our clients we maintain an up-to-date law library in order that legal research done on your behalf will be done in an accurate and timely fashion. We believe in the importance of continuing legal education. Our lawyers attend seminars conducted by the State Bar of Texas and other continuing legal education organizations to best serve you in a legal climate which is constantly changing and expanding.

We make every effort to keep these databases accurately updated, but please read the terms and conditions under which the information is provided by bestlawyers.com. The fact that a lawyer has been voted by his or her peers into Best Lawyers in a legal practice area does not signify that the lawyer has been certified by a state board of legal specialization in that practice area or specialty. A listing in Best Lawyers does not guarantee a desired legal result.

The Texas Board of Legal Specialization has a board certification process that determines whether a lawyer may hold himself or herself out as a specialist in a field of law. The lawyers listed in Best Lawyers are voted into practice areas entirely as a result of the votes they receive from their peers and have no say in deciding which practice areas they are included in. Clients are urged to check a lawyer's firm web page to determine whether he or she is board certified in a specialty or subspecialty.
