They represent elderly clients and their families in planning for long term care, obtaining Medicaid benefits, maximizing Medicare and insurance coverage, and using tax planning techniques to minimize the cost of long term care. In addition, the firm represents individuals with disabilities and their families, combining its legal experience with its knowledge of the services available to persons with disabilities.
