Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is a partnership of more than 400 lawyers and tax advisors providing counsel across eight offices in Germany as well as one office in Zurich, making it one of the major commercial law firms in Germany. The spectrum of our legal advice ranges from German and foreign mid-sized companies to international (including listed) large corporations in all matters of commercial law. Another focus of our client support lies in public law in which we counsel decision-makers on all levels of administration.

National law firm with international network –Providing counsel that is independent

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is counseling in German law in the major business centers and consciously decided against an international merger in order to guarantee its own independence and that of its clients.

The law firm provides counsel to German and foreign clients, whom it advises on foreign law matters. In doing so, the partnership is embedded in an international network of law firms with which it cooperates on a "good friends" basis without being tied to exclusivity agreements.

In addition, we collaborate with auditors and tax advisors RSM Verhülsdonk & Partner.

Legal counseling for mid-sized companies and large corporations – Advice tailored to the client's requirements

The law firm's legal advice is focused on German mid-sized companies, but the law firm also provides counsel to foreign companies and large international corporations. Based on the wide variety of fields of expertise reflected by the practice groups, the law firm is able to provide counsel in all material areas of commercial law and thus to offer "one-stop" legal advice with specific contact persons for the client.

Work in 20 Practice Groups across several offices – Legal counsel in teams assembled on a flexible basis

Our lawyers specialize in a total of 20 practice groups, working across offices and allowing for flexible advice tailored to the respective counseling priorities of the client.
