About Our Practice
We exclusively represent California workers, never corporations, in wage and hour class action claims for violations of the California labor Code, as well as individual and class action claims for discrimination, wrongful termination, and violations of the medical, pregnancy, and disability leave laws.
Most of our clients come to us feeling powerless and victimized by the wrongful conduct of large, often unaccountable corporations. We pride ourselves in changing that balance of power through aggressive litigation. While we cannot guarantee any client a particular result on their individual or class action claims, the Feldman Browne Olivares Firm does promise our clients the most zealous advocacy we are capable of providing.
