Cuming & Gillespie lawyers act exclusively for plaintiffs with serious personal injury claims, and have successfully resolved cases including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall injuries, securities litigation and medical negligence claims. Our firm also acts for plaintiffs in class actions, and we are counsel for the Province of Alberta in the Health Costs Recovery claims against Tobacco.
Cuming & Gillespie are proud sponsors of the Calgary Health Trust which aids in programs to assist people with brain and spinal injuries, focus on rehabilitation during their time in hospital and help transition to the community of discharge. As an active participant of the program, we offer legal seminars on Accident benefits and legal options for injured people.
