Blankingship & Keith, P.C. is located in the City of Fairfax, Virginia. Each of the firm's lawyers emphasizes one or more area of law; we have well established practices in civil litigation, commercial real estate, condemnation, tort and personal injury litigation, land use, education and local government law, family law, creditor's rights, estate planning and general business matters. Our practice regularly covers the entire Northern Virginia Region, and we frequently are involved in work throughout the Commonwealth and beyond.

Blankingship & Keith has a strong local presence and is respected not only for the quality of its legal work, but also for the involvement of its members in bar and other volunteer organizations. We are proud that John Keith served as President of the Virginia State Bar from 1998 to 1999. Hugo Blankingship was President of the Virginia Bar Association from 1977 to 1978 and served on the Board of Bar Examiners for over 10 years. David Gogal served as President of the Fairfax Bar Association in 2010, and Paul Terpak was President in 1997.
