Kenneth K. C. Ing

Kenneth Ing is General Counsel and Senior Vice-President, Legal & Corporate Affairs for Porta Immigration.
Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Mr. Ing deals exclusively with business immigration and real estate matters involving international and domestic interests in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
He has been a guest lecturer for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia on many occasions and has also lectured for the International Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Institute, Vancouver Board of Trade, Asia Pacific Institute, Insight Educational Services and Pacific Business & Law Institute. Kenneth was the co-author of the Immigration Law chapter of the 1997-2000 editions of the Annual Review of Law and Practice, which is published annually by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia.
Based on peer selection, Ken is included in the 2010 and 2011 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the specialty of Immigration Law. He was also selected by Who’s Who Legal as being among the world’s leading Corporate Immigration lawyers in 2010.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from The University of British Columbia.

All aspects of business immigration, including temporary business visas under NAFTA, GATS and Canadian Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, investor, provincial nominee and entrepreneur permanent resident categories and citizenship.
