Ms. Mann is the Modrall Law Firm's Department Head of the Litigation Department. She works primarily in insurance coverage and bad faith defense, class action, complex litigation and employment law. She represents clients in federal and state litigation, appellate courts, and in administrative proceedings and is a frequent lecturer in seminars throughout the country.
