Attorney Bio

Brian focuses on individuals injured by medical malpractice, automobile accidents, defective products and defective premises. To enhance his understanding of these injuries, he attended anatomy courses, including complete dissection of a human cadaver, autopsies and surgeries. Brian has obtained numerous substantial recoveries that have helped injured individuals and their families cope with their injuries.

Brian is an American College of Trial Lawyers fellow and has Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating. 

He has served on and chaired numerous Monroe County Bar Association committees.

He served on the Town of Victor Growth Management Committee. He also serves on the Outer Limits Theatre Board of Directors. He was on the National Kidney Foundation's Upstate New York Board and served as its Vice-President and President, and several committees. Brian has also served at the national level on National Kidney Foundation committees.

He is a long-standing member of the Volunteer Legal Services Project Board of Directors, where he has served as Vice-President and President and chaired numerous committees .

Brian has co-authored a chapter on New York law in A.I.A. Insurance and Tort Law Reference and has participated in and chaired numerous legal education programs on medical malpractice, product liability and other aspects of personal injury law.
